All dogs are treated with love and kindness, and we will only do what your dog feels comfortable with. We offer an individual assessment for your dog. Please ask our groomer to discuss the best options. Removal of knots can be extremely uncomfortable and stressful for your dog.
Additional charges will apply for dogs who have extra matting or knots, as this can take a lot more time to remove.
Small – under 10kg

Puppy introductory groom (first groom only – up to 6 months old)
Includes a bath, basic trim, blow dry, with lots of playtime and positive reinforcement in between, to create good associations and confidence with the grooming experience

Bubble bath and nails
Includes a bath, blowdry, de-shed and nail trim. It is suitable for short coated dogs such as Jack Russells, Labradors etc.

Bubble bath & tidy
Includes a bath, blowdry, nail trim, brush & comb, and basic trimming of the feet, face and sanitary area.

Full groom
Includes a bath, blowdry, nail trim, full haircut with brushing and combing, and ear plucking.

- Flea charge – $10
- Matting fee – $25/hour
- Difficult dog – $25/hour
- Late charge – $10/every 15 minutes.
- Cancellation/No show fee – Half the price of the groom booked.
